you need to grow where you are.
Being single isn’t something that needs to be fixed nor is it right up there with a death sentence… despite the loads of bullshit societal & cultural pressures that've been taught to us for years on end.
There's so much to being single.
You can be who you want.
Date who you want.
Own your sexuality.
Do work that excites you.
Have total control over your finances.
You can make your life full and it's not about isolating yourself.
It's about getting out there and helping people, contributing and making yourself significant.
hI!
i'M rOSA Moniz.
I've been the woman who felt incomplete because I wasn't married and had no kids. I felt shame for enjoying sex (not anymore).
All I ever heard growing up was “Rosa, you don't have to go to college because you're a girl, and all you're supposed to do is get married and have babies and then take care of us until we die.” And that's it… that was supposed to be the extent of my life.
So I literally put myself in a box for WAY too long because I was trying to fit into everyone's version of what life should be - but it wasn't working for me. That’s not what I was put here for.
It took me a while to reverse the quagmire of bullshit beliefs about what being single really means. I’m still on this journey yet I love spending time alone at home with my thoughts. I love my work. I'm very social. I travel a lot.
I’m a Certified Coach who helps women shed the beliefs of what they're supposed to be and live the lives they want to on their own terms. I’m on a mission to support single women to live lives that their married friends will envy.
Shed the societal & cultural expectations of who you're supposed to be.
Live the life you want to on YOUR own terms.

I was a featured guest on the "Brokenhearted" podcast.
In this episode, I share insights on how societal beliefs shape our perceptions, how culture can influence your experience and most of all, how important is to find a relationship (not just a romantic one) that actually adds value to your life.
